Introduction

Our service is intended to be used by people registered with us and residents of the United Kingdom. We have the right to accept or reject orders from any person.

You can access certain parts of the website without registering, and other parts once registered.

If you do not accept any of our Terms & Conditions, you should not continue to use our site.

Quote

The quote we provide is a price we believe to be fair under our pricing system. The quote for selling your device permanently is slightly higher than if you were using our buyback service because we promise to hold your item for a period of 28 days (the buyback period). We also want the buyback price to be affordable when buying back your item. Offering slightly less on a buyback helps you buy back at a more affordable price.

The quotes range from a minimum of £90 up to a maximum of £1200. Any items that we value below £90 we are not able to accept. Any items valued by us at over £1200 will be capped at £1200.

Quotes sent to an agent will be honoured for 7 days.
